Children
Our aim at Mesmear is to provide a holiday that is a real treat for all the family, so to help out each house is well equipped: family games, toys and books appropriate to the age of your children, buckets, spades and crabbing nets for the beach. The Games Room with table tennis, air hockey and table football is open for guests in all our houses.
For the youngest visitors we provide travel cots, changing mats and high chairs so there is less luggage for you to squeeze into your car. There are melamine plates and children’s size cutlery.
We now have our own beautiful chickens at Mesmear and the children are welcome to join in the morning feed and egg collecting.
For guests staying in The Mill, Colin prepares healthy suppers for children which are served earlier so that the adults can enjoy a ‘child-free’ evening on their own. Guests in our self-catering properties can also have freshly prepared meals delivered to the door so that you don’t have to leave the beach early to shop or cook.
We really hope that you’ll be out enjoying the fabulous beaches and countryside that Cornwall has to offer, but for those moments when everyone needs some R&R there is also a library of children's DVD's.
