The Cook
We have put together summer and autumn menus that make the most of the beef and lamb that are reared on our own farm, and fish that is caught locally. We use as many local, seasonal ingredients as possible and if it has been grown organically, all the better. Beverley and Alison will prepare and serve a full English or Continental breakfast in the morning, and there's a delicious homemade cake waiting for you after your day's activities. Each evening a three course dinner accompanied by a selection of wines is served and separate homemade suppers are cooked for the children and served earlier in the evening. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated but we would appreciate as much notice as possible please.
We are happy to send you all the children's menus in advance for you to 'tweak'. We know how stressful it can be trying to get children to eat food they may not be accustomed to.
Beverley and Alison have Tuesday's off, when you have the opportunity to try some of our local restaurants. We are happy to organise a babysitter for the evening (again, please give us plenty of notice).
